Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment partners. Depending on your location and currency, checkout may be provided by Paddle or, for customers in India paying in INR, by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details. Payments are securely processed by our payment partners.
Paddle (International / non-INR checkout)
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all international transactions.
If you purchased a subscription via Paddle, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Refunds are processed in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy.

Razorpay (India / INR)
If you purchased a subscription in INR via Razorpay, Razorpay processes the payment on our behalf.
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting support@autopublix.com or billing@autopublix.com.
Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
