Refund & Cancellation Policies

Thank you for choosing Autopublix. We strive to provide the best possible experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled.
1. Subscription & Payments
AutoPubliX offers paid plans billed in advance. Checkout is provided by Paddle (including where Paddle is Merchant of Record) or, for many customers in India paying in INR, by Razorpay. The processor shown at checkout applies to your transaction.
Once a payment succeeds, your subscription is activated immediately unless otherwise stated at checkout.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved under the refund rules below (including the 14-day window where applicable), fees already paid for the current period are not automatically prorated or credited.
Access to paid features will continue until the end of the active billing period.
3. Refund Policy
We keep this policy consistent with our payment partners. You may request a refund for an eligible subscription charge within at least 14 days from the date of that charge, subject to the processor and terms that applied at checkout.
Paddle (Merchant of Record)
Where Paddle is Merchant of Record, refunds and buyer rights are governed by Paddle's checkout buyer terms (see Paddle Help — Legal). Contact us at support@autopublix.com or billing@autopublix.com and we will work with Paddle to resolve eligible refund requests.
Razorpay (India / INR)
For payments in INR processed by Razorpay, contact support@autopublix.com or billing@autopublix.com to request a refund for an eligible charge. We issue approved refunds through Razorpay to your original payment method. The same 14-day window from the date of the charge applies unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
We also correct billing mistakes, including duplicate charges for the same subscription period, failed activation after a successful charge where we verify the error, and unauthorized transactions after reasonable verification with you and the payment provider.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Any fees retained by banks, card networks, or the payment processor follow that provider's rules; Paddle or Razorpay will show what is returned on an approved refund.
5. Role of Payment Processors
Paddle and Razorpay process payments and refunds on our behalf. AutoPubliX does not store your full card or bank credentials.
The processor shown at checkout may require verification for risk or compliance before issuing a refund and applies its own security standards and privacy notice.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
If a user initiates a chargeback without contacting us first:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.
Users are encouraged to contact our support team before raising a dispute with their bank or payment provider.
